Notice of Close of Registration for Primary Election

Notice - Mineral County Planning Board has posted a draft of Part 4 of the Growth Policy TOWN OF SUPERIOR PUBLIC HEARING - EWONIUK MINOR, APRIL 14, 2008, 7:30 P.M.

The Town of Superior will hold a public hearing at 7:30 P.M. located at 305 West Main Avenue, Superior, Montana. Public hearing for the proposed Ewoniuk Minor located at 166 Mullan Road West, west of the Superior Lumber store, approximately 560 feet west of the intersection of River Street and Mullan Road. The two proposed lots are located in a portion of the SW 1/4, Section 27, T.17N., R26W., P.M.M., Superior, Mineral County, Montana. The proposal is for two single family lots on .84 acres. The two proposed lots will be connected to the Town of Superior water and sewer systems. Mullan Road West will provide access and the Montana Department of Transportation provides maintenance for Mullan Road West.

MINERAL COUNTY PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING APRIL 21, 2008

The hearing will be held at 6:00 PM in the Commissioners Conference Room located in the Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. The Planning Board will discuss Part 4 of the Growth Policy and updates from the planner. Copies of Part 4 of the Growth Policy are available at the Mineral County Environmental Health and Planning office located in the court house and also at www.co.mineral.mt.us.

Notice is hereby given that registration for the Primary Election to be held on June 3, 2008, will close at 5:00 p.m., on May 5, 2008.
All qualified registered electors of Mineral County are entitled to vote at said election.
Persons who wish to register and who are not presently registered may do so by requesting a form for registration by mail or by appearing before the County Election Administrator.
If moving has made a change of precinct, it is necessary to have your registration transferred to your new address.
