TOWN OF SUPERIOR PUBLIC HEARING
EWONIUK MINOR, APRIL 14, 2008, 7:30 P.M.
The Town of Superior will hold a public hearing at 7:30 P.M. located at 305 West Main Avenue, Superior, Montana. Public hearing for the proposed Ewoniuk Minor located at 166 Mullan Road West, west of the Superior Lumber store, approximately 560 feet west of the intersection of River Street and Mullan Road. The two proposed lots are located in a portion of the SW 1/4, Section 27, T.17N., R26W., P.M.M., Superior, Mineral County, Montana. The proposal is for two single family lots on .84 acres. The two proposed lots will be connected to the Town of Superior water and sewer systems. Mullan Road West will provide access and the Montana Department of Transportation provides maintenance for Mullan Road West.

The hearing will be held at 6:00 PM in the Commissioners Conference Room located in the Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. The Planning Board will discuss Part 4 of the Growth Policy and updates from the planner. Copies of Part 4 of the Growth Policy are available at the Mineral County Environmental Health and Planning office located in the court house and also at www.co.mineral.mt.us.

Move forward with Joint Board and Commissioner approval of selecting and securing electrical contractors to power Schmitz Mtn. Prior to contractors beginning construction, TV Districts including St. Regis TV District and the County represented by The Commissioners or delegated party will sign agreements on the conceptual apportionate share of the total project given the consultant’s updated analysis available to date.
